Darron Moore was born an entertainer. One of Detroit's most popular and celebrated performers, the muti-talented, captivating Darron Moore is an American Treasure. An evening in concert with Darron Moore puts you ringside, where Darron's charismatic stage presence and engaging wit takes you on an unforgettable ride through the spirit of Music.

Darron blends the sound of Funk, Jazz, Motown, Pop, and un-adulterated Soul and gives it his own special flavor!

Darron Moore has a stage presence that appeal to a cross section of music lovers and he continues to create a buzz that moves throughout the Metropolitan Detroit area and the nation. Detroit is a city known for great music and entertainment and Darron Moore is a part of it.

Darron Moore continues to grow. He is an executive record producer and songwriter with his own independent label, Dana Day Records. Moreover, he is now promoting and organizing concerts for public and private events.

Darron Moore is currently performing a tribute to Luther Vandross. When ask if he sounds like Luther Vandross, he said, “I don't try to sound like Luther. I just honor his music.” Enough said.

For quite sometime, Carmel Brown, a.k.a. J9, has added a dimension to music that is uniquely beautiful. There is an emotional connection with the songs she performs and writes. Carmel Brown believes music must be from the heart to be enjoyed.

Although Carmel Brown performs many covers in the 14th Floor band, she has always been a song writer, and in addition, performs her own material. Carmel Brown works very closely with her brother, Togun, of Strobmeth productions, and each have a respect for the other as producer/songwriters.

Carmel Brown grew up hearing all types of music such as gospel, blues, soul, hip hop, pop, and country. She has obtained over the years a wealth in information that not only makes her a wonderful producer/songwriter, but a great entertainer as well.

Carmel Brown has has a gift. She doesn't mind letting you know what she feels, expressing her struggles both private and public because she's in control. Even when everything is out of control. This is express in her music as well as in her life. Carmel Brown is a perfect example of a balanced performer.

Carmel Brown continues to have a bright future ahead. And this is why she is high and UP ON THE 14th FLOOR!

Delisha Thomas's Biography||||||| |

There's more that meets the eye when you get a chance to hang with Delisha Thomas. Delisha Thomas is a Grammy nominated, Dove award winning singer/songwriter. Born on the sunny island of Trinidad, raised in the suburbs of Mississauga Ontario, she began singing at the tender age of 6 and songwriting at the age of 14. And what once began as a mere fascination soon ignited into a passion. This passion would become the catalyst for a life changing evolution.

In 2004 Delisha made her debut into the American music industry penning songs for then up and coming artists Christina Milian and Kiki Sheard. Once the ball was set in motion Delisha then went on to work with Artists such as Jennifer Lopez, Danity Kane, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Adrienne Bailon, Beyonce Knowles, Justin Bieber, etc….

In 2007 Thanks to a song entitled "De ja vu performed by Beyonce", which obtained unforeseeable success, Delisha received her first Grammy nomination for "Best R&B song".
Throughout her career she has made vocal contributions laying backgrounds on songs for various artists including Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce Knowles and Macy Gray. She has also worked with numerous producers such as Rodney "Darckchild" Jerkins
Destiny's Child, Pussycat Dolls, Toni Braxton, Lady Gaga) Fred Jerkins (Michael Jackson, Brandy, Toni Braxton), Nathaniel "Danja Handz" Hills (Britney Spears, Pink, Nelly Furtado) D'MILE (Janet Jackson,Justin Bieber, P.diddy) and many more.

Delisha continues to write not only for mainstream artists but new up and coming talent as well. Just recently in 2014 Delisha took her writing internationally, and has written song for well known recording artists in countries such as Spain, Poland, Japan and Korea.
Calling her career nothing less than blessed, she has decided it is finally time to begin construction on the project she has anticipated working on the most….HER OWN. She has much to say and finally ready to share it with the world. The album though still in it's early stages is anticipated to be complete by the top of 2015.

Not only will her audience experience Delisha the singer but also the music producer as she has collaborates with an assortment of producers including her husband Eric "Smash" Johnson to create her unique sound for the album.

Nigel Foster's Biography|||||

When it comes to music and entertainment Nigel Foster is constantly winning. Nigel is a Professional Educator and holds a Bachelor of Music in Education Degree from Jackson State University out of Jackson, Mississippi.
Nigel also holds a Master of Science in Education Degree from Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
An experience musical director and arranger, Nigel has been a vital and productive force in the lives of many students. Nigel's talents range from vocal coach, High School Band Director, and Musical Instrument Instructor.

Nigel is very active in the Gospel Singing Word as he performs with his church Choir that travels nationwide. This talented performer has many assets and space will not allow us to tell it all.

Nigel continues to head towards success in his public and personal life. This is why Nigel Foster stands 'UP ON TOP OF THE 14TH FLOOR!!'

Darron Moore is an Urban R&B performer and Luther Vandross Tribute Artist.

Darron currently performs as a solo artist is also the lead vocalist in his 14 piece band, The 14th Floor.

Darron Moore is currently performing a tribute show to Luther Vandross.

It is a very special tribute show featuring Luther Vandross's best known and greatest hits. The show brings to life the soul-stirring sounds of Luther Vandross' legendary performances and honors the brilliance and music of one of R&B's most beloved singers.

Darron Moore performs Luther's greatest hits such as Dance with My Father, Never Too Much, a House Is Not a Home, Glow of Love, & more! When ask if he sounds like Luther Vandross, he said, “I don't try to sound like Luther. I just honor his music.” Enough said.

Darron Moore was born on January 16, 1958 in Washington D.C. He grew up in Detroit, Michigan. This talented R&B singer continues to demonstrate his unique ability as a record producer and song stylist capable of interpreting material from literally every part of the musical spectrum. Darron Moore covers songs by’ The Temptations, Benny Mardonnes, Evelyn Champaign King, Sade, Maroon 5, and even Madonna.

From the age of three, the entertainment bug bit Darron Moore. He would enjoy putting on impromptu shows in the family living room and singing on the street corner with his friends. Darron grew in musical maturity.

Writing, recording, and performing music, with love as a central lyrical theme, has been at the core of Darron Moore’s work. During his teenage years, Darron Moore began singing with local bands and gaining the kind of on-stage experience that provided a strong foundation for his emergence as a recording and performing artist.

Growing up experiencing and being apart of the Motown sound, ‘The Sound of Young America,” Darron Moore has embedded the Spirit of Motown. It reflects in his live performances.

Influenced by artists such as Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, The Four Tops, The Fantastic Four, Lamont Dozier, Smokey Robinson, The Supremes, and other great performers, Darron Moore has developed his own style and unique flavor.

Darron Moore has formed and performed with a number of bands, ‘The Sons of Soul’, a band he organized in elementary school, ‘The Exceptions’, which was a High School R&B group which later began a gospel group, and currently, as of 1973, Darron Moore and The 14th Floor.

After 1973, Darron Moore started performing as a solo artist. The name of his band was, The 14th Floor. Fourteen musicians made up The 14th Floor. The band consisted of the bass, lead guitar, drummer, two keyboard players, two violinists, a percussionist, Sax, French horn, Trombone, and three background singers. The band has since changed formats over the years.

His father, the late visionary, Leroy Moore, managed Darron. Leroy Moore named the band. Leroy Moore had an office in the prominent Detroit Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit on the 14th Floor. At that time, many high profile Detroit Companies had offices on the 14th Floor. If you needed something, you went UP to the 14th Floor to make it happen…, even if you were on the 40th floor!

Leroy Moore believed that his band, Darron Moore and the 14th Floor, like the companies on the 14th floor of the Detroit Renaissance Center, should be high profile and upscale. Therefore, at his insistence, Darron Moore and the 14th Floor has always remained to this present day, one of the most entertaining, best dressed, and most celebrated bands in Detroit.

Darron Moore and The 14th Floor Discography include, ‘Love’s Flight’, ‘Love’s Flight Reflections’, ‘Darron Moore and The 14th Floor Live!’, and ‘A Real Christmas’, Forever, For Always, For Luther, Undercover, and Night On The Town.
